art + design usage

this is just a general overview — you will be provided the full (detailed) tos prior to submitting commission requests on my vgenfailure to adhere to any of the following can result in blacklist——1. general policy

◇ do not alter the artwork in any way without permission
◇ do not claim credit for any artworks and design i have created
◇ i reserve the right to refuse any commission
◇ refund policy is provided upon request / commission — refunds are proportional to the amount of work that remains incomplete
◇ please do not redistribute my work or attempt to commission me on behalf of anyone on my blacklist (see last section)——2. commercial policy
◇ all commissioned artworks are PERSONAL USE ONLY unless specified otherwise
◇ wallpaper, banner, and/or pfp is OK — please credit
◇ personal merchandise is OK (cannot be used as advertising)
◇ for designs, public usage as a mascot/persona is OK — see below for otherwise>> for any other usage, please discuss with me as there may be additional fees for works pertaining to:
◇ streaming assets (e.g. emotes)
◇ advertisement
◇ profitable merchandise
◇ profit for media
◇ character design for profitable media——3. AI policy
◇ do not submit my artwork into any AI software, even if it is commissioned by you
◇ do not provide AI generated characters or reference material when commissioning me
◇ i do not consent to my work being used towards AI in any way, shape, or form

i do not want to interact with any of the listed users — if this may be a concern to you or your work, you may privately ask me for the blacklist reason
